Our awesome weekend...

in Utah! We had so much fun this past weekend! We got there late Thursday night. It was so fun to see our families! Especially Trevor's little brother Spencer who got home from his mission in January. We hadn't seen him in 3 years so we were so excited to see him! He's such a fun cute guy!! Trevor's brothers are little stud muffins! I can't wait for them to get married because they will have the coolest wives! Anyways, on Friday Trevor and his dad and brother went snowboarding and I went and hung out with my mom. I was at my mom's house just hanging out and the door bell rang and my mom told me to get the door. My favorite "doctor" and cousin Celestial and her cute little baby Blake surprised me from Arizona! I was so excited! I had no idea she was coming! It was such a fun surprise!!!! I love you Celeste! I SO wish we lived closer to you! Then on Saturday I had a baby shower with my sister in law Kenzie, who is due with a baby boy a couple of weeks before me. It was such a fun shower and so fun to see everyone! Savannah got tons of cute stuff!! Thanks everyone for coming! On Sunday we spent Easter with Trevor's family and our friends Ty and Kumari came over for dinner and stuff. It was an awesome weekend! We had such a blast!!!!

Savannah's crib

My mom and dad (mostly my mom) said they were always kinda bummed because when they were young and having babies they didn't have enough money to buy us nice cribs to sleep in. So this is their gift to their first granddaughter. I'm so excited! The wood on the one we're getting is actually a little bit darker but it's the same crib. It's beautiful! I can't wait to get it and set up her room!

Boy or Girl???

So I had a doctor's appointment this week and the doctor did an ultrasound. To our surprise there was something very large between the baby's legs!! The doctor thought it was his little man parts but said it could be the umbilical cord. Has this ever happened to anyone?! I want to buy our little muchkin stuff but now have no idea what to buy! What a stinker!

Our Baby Girl

I hope my last couple posts, with the baby names and then we're having a girl didn't make it sound like we're not excited to be having a girl. We are so incredibly grateful to be having a baby and are SO excited to be having a girl! We have a couple of names picked out now, but if you have any suggestions I would love to hear them!!!

Baby Names...

So Trevor and I have learned the hard way that you should never tell anyone the baby names you are thinking of. We tried for a long time to get pregnant and always had the name Roxy picked out for a girl and always said "when we get pregnant with Roxy"... We loved that name! Now we have two family members who have gotten dogs and named them Roxy. Kinda frustrating and rude, but whatever, I won't let myself get mad. We told a family member tonight that the only name we have picked now is for a boy, I'm not going to share that name, but we shared it with him, which we shouldn't have because he couldn't get over how awesome of a name it is and wants to use it if we have a girl! So pretty much we better have a boy, or both of our favorite names will be taken! Grrr!!! Being pregnant makes me too emotional!

20 WEEKS!!

I'm 20 weeks today! Half way there!! I'm so stinkin excited! The time has flown by but at the same time has gone by so slow. We find out on Tuesday if we're having a boy or girl! Hopefully time will go by a little faster because then we can actually start buying things for our little munchkin! I'll keep you posted! Woot woot!!!

Baby's First Picture!

This was done a couple of weeks ago, I'm a little slow. I love dr appointments! It's always such a relief to hear the baby's heart beating. I still haven't felt the baby kick yet, but hopefully soon! At our last appointment the baby was so cute. I don't know if cute is the right word to use but I think it's cute! Anyways, the baby was just chillin sucking his thumb not moving and the dr flicked my stomach a couple of times and the baby went crazy! Trevor was so proud! He's so cute to the baby! Everyday when he gets home from work he kisses me then kisses my tummy and talks to the baby and tells the baby how much he loves him! I love being pregnant! We get to find out in three weeks if it's a boy or girl. Trevor thinks the baby is a boy so he will be "him" until we know. We can't wait to find out!
